Angry changes done by reps without permission!!!!

I don't think it's the system, but rather than the reps.

I know if you do any plan change, you can not view your usage till the new billing cycle. That's totally cool with me.

However, if I add vision, and I can not view my usage, why would that be?

I added vision many times, and that never affected the usage. My only guess is a rep re-installs my plan. So thus, no changes have been made, but they still messed up with the plan.

Does anyone know why adding Vision, or RL can sometimes prevent viewing usage and other times not?

From what I have seen, it depends on what plan you are adding it to. I think normally since its a code added, it should still show up, unless you are getting a new plan like $100 with free vision, which is an entire new plan

Wirelessly posted (SCP 5500: Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone SCP-7300/US/1.0) NetFront/3.0 MMP/2.0)

More Than Likely The Rep. messed your plan up. call them back and in over your plan in detail this way you can find out if the plan was changed other than just the add on.

what's the reason for sprint to dis-allow usage veiwing if the new plan doesn't kick in till the new billing cycle anyways?

I would understand if I want the plan effective today, but it won't be effective till the new cycle in most cases!

I agree. That makes no sense.

I have a $70 F&F Family plan, and just added Vision a few days ago. I can no longer view my billing/current usage either.

"We're sorry, but because your plan recently changed, we are unable to display your usage until the start of your next invoice period."

I have had vision for 2 moinths now. Since the first 2 months are free, they will actually start charging me this mointh. My billing period run from the 27th thru the 26th. I have not been able to view my usage since Monday the 27th. The message says because my plan changed. Hence, I will not be able to view usage for another month...till the 26th, unless I call to talk to a CSR. This is just beyond me.

That's my biggest concern. I also wish sprint would get a new billing system that allows you to see outgoing and incomming number through out the month like t-mobile.

That's the only good thing about T-mobile.

adding anything to your plan will keep you from viewing your usage. the codes are all separate. vision is not built into the plans any longer so the rep would have no reason to touch your minute plan. adding vision or anything else is altering your plan and therefore makes usage unavailable.

All carriers have it.

Ask for "detail billing."

Don't think that's gonna show the number of 'incoming' calls

That wasn't what was asked, to wit:

Note in what I highlighted that Hola isn't asking for the number of calls, he's aking for the numbers. (Could be wrong...I've got the asbestos chonies on...)

I stand by my answer.

yes, it does say incomming and the number of mins, but it does not state the number that called you. i.e 800-555-1212

many incomming numbers cannot be found and shown by sprint. rather than showing some of the incomming calls and not all of them sprint choses to show none. On a detailed bill and incomming call will show as "incomming" and not then actual MDN. I do not see this as changing.

BTW if you do a future dated plan change you will not interupt your ability to check current ussage but adding vision, pcs2pcs, or any other attachable will interupt this. It was not the rep...it is the system.
