Exclamation Any help/ideas? Phone Stolen - Need to Replace ASAP/Inexpensively

So here's the situation:

TODAY, some bastage stole my phone from the gym (my fault for not realizing I left it behind when I went to change); regardless, I downloaded as many 'find my phone' apps as I could when I got home and NONE of them appeared to install as I never received a confirmation email or was able to get a bead on it through sprint's Family Locator, which I now have to cancel ... UNFORTUNATELY, my GF breaks all her phones, (including my old ones lent to her), so I can't reactivate any of them and can't forward the calls to her line because we're both using Android/Google ...

I tried CS to give me a break on my upgrade terms (60 days from 1-year/$150 off), so I could get a new phone and was told by the CS rep to just get a cheap-o refurb ($80 thru sprint).

I HAD an HTC EVO 4G (black), with a backup 8GB card and additional brand new battery, but the Sprint store didnt have any old EVOs in stock and even though the online rep said the same battery would work in the EVO Design (*?) the store rep said it wouldn't ...

What is the cheapest option available? Anyone been able to get Sprint to budge on the upgrade date (should I call Sprint again and try another rep?) or is that a dead end.

Since I haven't posted enough, I can't access the Buy, Sell, Trade section, so right now, I'm thinking of buying a used EVO from eBay until my upgrade date is reached, but figured the folks here might be able to offer some other options.

As far as needs, I'd like to stick with Android/Google, stay in the $50 - $100+ range, and have Navigation, Email and a camera (want not a need). As this is my business phone not having lost/stolen insurance SUX. but, since I normally kept to one OS platform, I haven't had to worry about it before.

ANY help is appreciated. I have gone 1 day w/out a phone and need to be active asap.

One recommendation I received was to activate a new line with a phone that had the bare essentials and then cancel it out w/in 30 days and then do the same with the GF, so I reach my upgrade date.

I'd rather get a reasonable replacement that utilizes my 4G & everything data, so I can just move forward, but I am DESPERATE to keep costs to a minimum and go from there.

Like I said, ideally, I'd pick up another HTC Evo since I have everything for it if it's inexpensive and in good condition, so I have a backup phone for the future. But if someone has a $20 solution, I would love to hear about it.

Oh, the phone CS told me to get the LG Optimus or HTC Hero (at $80+ thru sprint) since they wouldn't offer any real help.

THANKS to ALL and ANY that have a suggestion or idea!!
