Voicemail through bluetooth

I searched through the forum but couldn't find an answer. Is there any way to listen to voicemail messages through a bluetooth? I tried switching the voicemail system on the phone so it dials up sprint to listen to voicemails but no matter what I try, the voicemail widget always launches the visual voicemail app (which doesn't play through a bluetooth). Any way other than just dialing 1?
Thanks

edit: I think I misunderstood your question. your wanting to press the vvoicemail icon and it start to dial into your voicemail and not launch the vvm app?

I believe if since the vvm is a audio file, you need a AD2P bluetooth headset to hear it.

Oh, I didn't even think of the different bluetooth standards. This is a Jawbone bluetooth earpiece. I guess it doesn't support this AD2P standard then.

Unfortunately, FroYo doesn't have the ability to route the mono audio channel thru bluetooth for all applications including visual voicemail..

You can use FroYo's built in bluetooth voice interface and dial regular voicemail hence bypassing the visual voicemail app. And listen to your voicemails thru Sprint's normal system...

On my BlueAnt Q1 headset which has voice command functionality on the headset itself.

Maybe your bluetooth headset does too????? Depending on the model.. http://www.jabra.com/Sites/Jabra/na-...0Headsets.aspx

I use the command "phone commands" on my Q1 which turns on FroYo's built in bluetooth voice interface. Thru the interface I say "call voicemail" and I listen to my voicemails that way thru bluetooth. Just an ideal...

It wouldn't matter if the bluetooth headset had AD2P or not... The visual voicemail app isn't setup for bluetooth mono audio channel output...
