That's what I'm thinking too; I'm just wondering if thats the case if he's going to be able to change it himself or if he'll have to go through his IAE or some other Sprint rep that handles employee accounts.

Your plan will work with the Pre and the Instinct and probably the Hero. You shouldn't have any problems if you go through Radio Shack or Best Buy. Good luck.

That is an Employee Plan, and the Hero will work on it fine.
Its going to be the only non-everything plan it will work on. You dont have to go through an IAE or worry about it, call 800-927-2199, thats the business sales department, and they pretty much do and change anything without asking, lol. Also, you do not have to have the BB pack for the Tour, the "Sprint Retail EMP PV Ult Pack" will work fine. Now finding someone to put that back on, might be a little more tricky.

Yeah, I had mine up and working on the "Sprint Retail EMP PV Ult Pack" after many calls to tech support, they insisted it was because my plan didnt have a Blackberry pack. I found out later that it was a provisioning problem with my phone (wiping the Tour fixed it), but I had already sent an email to my IAE asking him to change it. He wont change it back, he says I need to leave it on because he'd rather I be safe than sorry.
