Sprint shoots for #1 Spot by 2015 *BREAKING REVEALING DETAILS INSIDE PROOF*

Now you can hate if you want ..because I kno for sure there will be a few Verizon,I-phone and My Touch3G Haters lingering but this right here is facts...Its seems the New CEO, was the best investment that Sprint has ever made...or is it..??????.... Here is a list of smart marketing and business decisions that Show Sprint is trying to please customers and revolutionize the Mobile industry and leading in the right direction

1st is the Debate....

People now a days are tired of the way a phone generic setup is on almost every device...but mostly WEB Menu Schemes Theme's,Applications have been looking the same for a while until someone has finally figured out how to alter them once the technology was available..now app stores are booming and there are more user created applications than ever....Apple started the load with I-phone..but then ...."Jimmy went to Google" And created Android..This is suppose to revolutionize the way we use our phone.. and with all that money I believe them.

Decision=Sprint Launches Support for Android on Sprint Developer Web Site

Outcome=Happy customers! More money..because this is in demand!! people

Verdict=People want android..why? because its open source capabilities and they are the easiest software to use for creating apps and also not to mention AT&T coverage is clearly not the greatest in the DATA department or voice so the second software advancement is Android..Open source is the future
__________________________________________________ _______________
Debate # 2
Lets face the facts...There are more people on the internet during a course of a day than talking on the phone..how do I know? Well because most jobs rely on computer technology and people have jobs right? Well the internet isn't as fast as people expect it to be.. but then Vioz comes out of no were & shocks every one..It came as a shock.. surprise! unless you worked there..lol So when will their phones get Vioz? and is Vioz Really faster than Com cast,Cox communications ala Cable connection? if its so fast why not add it to their phones first? not a smart decision but they did it because there plans for internet wasn't selling because they were to high! people would rather have a cell phone than cable.. that's a minor nu-sense necessity you can live without & save hella money every year..!

Decision=Sprint Purchase Clear Wire and Introduces 4G the Next level in Wireless for cheap.. 4 Times your money! http://www.voip-news.com/feature/spr...tition-082406/

Outcome=Happy customers! paying cheaper phone bills for outstanding technology..basically your money worth..WIN again

Verdict=If you can watch CABLE live feed on your phone will talking, texting and Tweeting for the same price you pay now! life would be so much easier..hope the batteries can take this much fun lol
__________________________________________________ _______________
Debate # 3
Going over your minutes is probably one of the worse customer service grips on any carrier.. the customer never feels that they did or have.. its always a back and forth battle since cell phone existence because House phones were never monitored by minutes which is what was out before cell phones was. The first biggest solution ws unlimited nights and weekends that was the rave.. Sprint was the first to change the time from 9pm to 7pm to eventually 6pm..what did other carriers do? nothing.. few years down the line Alltel and T mobile came with fav 5 and having a set number of people to call for free.. that really got alot of customers for both companies knowing that people want free minutes.. not everyone has more than 5 friends so that worked out.. Verizon was in 3rd place and knew it cause there plans sucked period so they baught out Altell as the best solution to join the bunch..what will sprint do about this?

Decision=Any Mobile Any time with Simply Everything Data Plan

Outcome=Extremely satisfied happy customers! Being able to basically talk to anyone you want with a cell for free easily beats out any carrier on any network hands down

Verdict=People dont wanna count minutes anymore that is the past...more people are texting and chating and with a plan were everything is unlimited how could you go wrong?
__________________________________________________ _______________

Debate #4
As a Cell phone carrier you want to make sure your customers are always happy.. if not you loose them to other carriers.. Sprint has always been on top of revolutionizing cell phone features but has been late on the train with the newest phones.. as of the last two years sprint has listen to the customer for once and finally start coming with alot of exclusives and text messaging phones which is now the rave to have a phone with a keyboard and clamshells and non keyboard/touch screen phones are the past... without it you r just just not hip with the times its 2010 people!! in a few months lol

Decision=Create more high end open source phones for all models/manufactures

Outcome=Web OS Palm Android Phones and getting HTC phones FIRST as priorty

Verdict=HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY there are more tech savy people who want a phone that can do it all and can be as customizable as possible and sprint is ont he right track delivering aaray of phones so people have options and not forced just to buy an I-phone

Now you see a road map to success.. the biggest 50/50 area sprint took risk in is Wimax I have hope it will work out but if it dosnt sprint will go bankrupt and fall o Verizon but if the CEO and sprint team keep this pace up things will be great

IN CLOSING PENATLY=no company is perfect and in order for sprint to reachnumber one there whole system with customer service has to be reworked! there ranked the lowest out of all the carriers with customer satifaction so they have to step ont he ball.. The biggest improvement i have noticed so far is

1.Simply Everything plans get 150 upgrade once a year

2.existing customer gets extra perks and promotion in the mail before anyone else

3.Promise to pay or 30day credit payment on your bill if you cant afford it @ the time

Those are good steps int he right directions!.. please leave feedback of what you think about sprints future decisions and what I have posted.. do you think sprint can reign supreme?

I read the whole thing. Your post is speculation as opposed to "proof." Still, it's pretty noteworthy that Sprint has always been highly competitive in an otherwise uncompetitive market.

Well, actually.... For starters the Verizon service is called Verizon FiOS Internet, and according to their website the max speed is 50Mbps: http://www22.verizon.com/Residential...lans/Plans.htm

Which means the fastest internet acess in the country actually belongs to a company called Cablevision with their Optimum Online Ultra service with speeds of 101Mbps down and 15Mbps up:
http://www.optimum.com/online/ultra.jsp

Also, I'm assuming we're limiting to only residential services, since there are much faster commerical grade services...

How long has the new CEO been there???

Keeping up with the times is certainly important but what has he done to fix billing and customer service?

(I had a question for Hewlett Packard abuot the ink for my printer. Called CS and had a Sprint-like experience. I emailed
the CEO....yeah you can do that. His staff replied with appreciation & gratitude, and promised to investigate.
I got that email shortly after fighting w/ Sprint CS.
My reply to HP was thanks but demonstrate it...show some appreciation for my time & aggravation, send me some ink.
Do you know I got a call from HP rep....the ink is on it's way!)

Sprint's CEO better take better care of the customers he already has!

A piece of info: BoostMobile offers unlimited calling, texting, and web............
NO CONTRACT... $50. a month and you pay for your own phone! THAT'S A DEAL! If you add up Sprint Surcharges you've paid...it'll be more than any discount they give you on any phone.
Those surcharges are simply the cost of them doing business. So you pay them twice!

Remember, if you buy "Boost" your buying "Sprint / Nextel" service and generating them revenue. Its not much different then "PagePlus Cellular" offering unlimited voice and text with 25MB of data on the Verizon network, while Verizon charges $99.99 for just voice.

True, but sprint still has the best coverage, at least for my area.

My point was that people are complaining about Sprint pricing and saying they will go with Boost. Its similar in many ways to a Cricket or MetroPCS offering, but with a more national service area. It is not really a fair comparison to Sprint contract service with roaming included, better data speeds and text messaging with far less issues.

For me, the better comparison for someone who wants voice and texting with a small data allotment is PagePlus. They will activate any old verizon phone, have started they will flash other phones for use on their service, and only charge $39.99 a month for the unlimited voice and text plan, plus 20MB of data for quick searches for directions, etc.

http://www.pagepluscellular.com/Plan...0n%20Text.aspx

Coverage map:

http://www.pagepluscellular.com/Why%...age%20Map.aspx

That would be a far better comparison against a typical carrier calling plan, as opposed to boost or VM with the far more limited networks that dont include any sort of off-carrier roaming.

As far as I'm concerned, the only downside to Sprint/Nextel is the Customer Service experience. Yeah, yeah, I know they are slowly making improvements, or so they say, but the whole setup needs to be re-evaluated and revamped. There are far too many agents who lack the integral information necessary for them to properly perform their jobs.
