If you are not on a waiting list, you need to get on one. I think this is your only option! The stores near me have gotten in shipments, but I think they go to the peeps on the waiting list. Good luck other wise.

Every store is sold out. And when they get them they go to those on a list. I have to exchange mine and I am on a list. And the launch was a failure.....hmmmmmmmm. I wish I could sell a product sell out for weeks and possibly months.

I exchanged mine. I went to the Sprint corporate store where I purchased mine and put my name on a waiting list. Yesterday they called me. I went in, and there was a replacement - this one with a working volume down key.

How did they advertise the heck out of this?? I have seen very few commercials, almost no print ads, and a few banner ads on the web. They didn't invest in advertising due to the low numbers avail. This was well known approx 2 weeks before launch.

When did Sprint advertise the heck of it?... The major AD blitz starts this week. I think many people are either forgetting, or do not realize June 6th was not the hard launch. As to the thread title, what others have said, you have to get on a waiting list, the Sprint stores in my area have been getting shipments 3 to 4 times a weeks, about 20 units or so. I suspect Sprint is going after the new customers first.
