Anyone able to add $40 Blackberry Worldwide plan to free bis plan?

I have BIS included with my f&c plan, I want to travel internationally for a months and I wanted to see if I could add the $40 Blackberry worldwide plan to my already included BIS service, that way I can just remove the worldwide plan when I come back, and I dont have to work hard to keep the free bis soc.

The other option which I do not want to do, is remove the free bis plan, and then add the $70 blackberry worldwide option.

Anyone able to add $40 worldwide option to free bis plan?

you are better off just getting a pre-paid SIM when you get to where ever you are going. Even if you add something like this on it would be super expensive.

And I seriously doubt they will let you add one blackberry pack on top of another even though one is only meant for international use.

There is already an soc code for $39.99 blackberry wordwide plan which is meant for Everything plans, my question is that soc compatible with older plans.

Because if it isnt then I have to remove my free BIS soc code, and put on the $69.99 blackberry worldwide plan, and then try to get the free Bis back one the account when I get back from my trip which is not easy.

I wouldn't mess around with anything that involves you having to remove your free BIS code. Just get a prepaid as you go phone where ever you're going to.

I'm facing the same issue shortly. When informed that I would have to (temporarily) remove my free BIS to get the Worldwide plan SOC added, I thanked the rep and hung up.

Anyone have an update?

Removing free BIS would be shooting yourself in the foot. A prepaid phone IS the way to go.

Wish I read this thread earlier... now I am in deep doo-doo with Sprint.

If it is not clear to everybody yet:

DO NOT REMOVE YOUR FREE BIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SPRINT WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU.
