Desktop manager locks up on sync
Hello, I am new to blackberry and have a problem with syncing with outlook. I had it set up for one way sync to device with calender, contacts and notes to get to know the device without changing anything on my computer. Now that I am more comfortable with the device, I changed it to 2 way sync with calender, contacts and notes and now the desktop manager software on the computer freezes on sync. It did this on first sync right after changing the sync settings. I do not know what I should do to remedy this and would appreciate your help

Hi, The Desktop manager version is 4.3.017
Phone is an 8330 curve v4.3.0.127 is the operating version I think |

Hello jessep28, I see your in Omaha also, thank you for your help. I finally located the configuration file for the desktop manager and deleted it and after setting up desktop manager again with 2 way sync, it now is working. I may try upgrading the desktop manager when I have more time. I have only had the blackberry for about a month now and am still on the learning curve but I am already hooked. Only wish it had better document and media compatibility. Thanks again, Chuck
