A 'Rant' about SOME people here - read threads PLEASE

I was trying to read through the Instinct update available thread and a few facts were established like:

1. The power meter was more accurate
2. The Signal indicator was less berserk
3. The UI became more lagless as well as the keyboard
4. The Blue Star indicator was more informational.
4. Bluetooth volume is higher
6. It would be 2 weeks before a software update outside of just the phones software (3rd party etc)

But to find that stuff out there were pages and pages of this:

1. A fact
2. BUT THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE BROWSER
3. BUT THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE JAVA
4. More facts
5. Sprints announcement that they ONLY updated the phone software and not all of the other stuff YET and it would be a couple of weeks...
6. BUT THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE BROWSER
7. BUT THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE JAVA
8. Someone "Quotes and re-explains the situation"
9. OH BUT THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE BROWSER
10. DID ANYONE NOTICE THE BROWSER DIDN'T UPDATE?
11. MY DIAPER IS FULL

I mean seriously COME ON

If you are going to post in a thread - you should READ the WHOLE thing before you post otherwise you sound like and idiot.

Personally I would notify and watch users like that and 86' em for causing headaches.

It makes these boards very difficult to just get to the point.

yikes...... it's a vicious cycle!!!! you read the first page, all is good, you look at the 2nd page, all is good... some is getting lost.. 3rd page is a mind****... and the 4th page tries to get back on topic. so instead of reading for that one post that meant something on the 3rd page, you just repost your question or statement on the 5th page... and it exponentially doubles and gets worse!!! it's human nature, lol. kind of sucks, but i just kinda 'browse' and enjoy it... it's happy reading here!

That's why Wikis make better known issue/patch information than message threads...

Reading is fundamental - I have probably read all the pages in that thread - just like most things - but everything you say is true!

It is a vicious cycle...

Just as a perspective in my opinion I like to read a thread and find out as much as I can about something before I start stating the obvious.

Its like a lot of jumping the gun haha

Get over it. Nobody is forcing you to read anyone's bothersome posts. If the mods don't have a problem with a post, then who are you to dictate what people should and shouldn't post?

Besides, it is perfectly legitimate to comment about an update that didn't address ANY of the major issues with this phone.

Yeah. I'm the baby crying and ranting because people post all those mean things in the forum.

It's a public forum. Either grow up and ignore the posts you don't like or don't read the forum at all.

if you can b*tch about sprint then we can b*tch about you. no problems for me. i just prefer the b*tching to be all in one nice little thread and the valuable information can be in the other threads.
