Would you leave Sprint if you didn't get all of your perks?

After about a week of emailing customer care, asking about Sero + the Instinct, also asking about the Pick 3 and receiving mixed answers. I am fed up with customer care. Here is the emails I have gotten.

Dear Mr. Awesome,

Thank you for contacting Sprint.

Yes you can definitely purchase the handset on your current plan. Pick
3 option allows the customer to pick any 3 numbers on any network. This
option allows customers unlimited calling to three numbers on any
network anywhere in US. We have a separate department which takes care
of the pick 3 option. If you want to add this option to the account,
please write back to us. We will forward the case to the appropriate
department.

If you have any other concern regarding this matter, please feel free to
write back to me. We are here to assist to you.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
I don't know what I am talking about

Hey I am also, wanting to inquire if I will be able to have the Sprint
Instinct on the current plan I have. In addition, I am also asking
about the Sprint Pick 3 option. I would like to add that if possible.

Dear Mr. Awesome,

Thank you for contacting Sprint.

Please be assured I have forward your request for the pick 3 to the
appropriate department. They will assist you in this regard. I have
also removed the Sprint to Home option from the account as of June 09,
2008.

If you have any other concern regarding this matter, please feel free to
write back to me. We are here to assist to you.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,

Yes, I would like to remove the Sprint to Home, and add the pick 3
option.

Then I got this:

Dear Mr. Awesome,

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I understand your concern regarding
the Pick 3 option and the Samsung Instinct.

Firstly, the plan on your account is a SERO plan. As this a special
plan, the "Pick 3" option cannot be added to your account.

Further, we do not have any information of the Samsung instinct not
being compatible with the SERO plan. So, I cannot comment on this
rumour you have heard. As of now, there is no information at our end
that may prove this rumor true.

Also, you can pre-register at www.nowisgood.com to receive additional
updates about the Samsung Instinct and be the first to know when it will
be available.

We want to make sure that all your issues have been resolved to your
satisfaction. You will receive a call back to your PCS phone for
confirmation within next 24 hours. Your feedback will be highly
appreciated.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
I'm an idiot

Sprint

then:

Dear Mr. Awesome,

Thank you for your reply.

I apologize for the breakdown in communication. Let me confirm that the
Pick 3 option has expired. It is no longer available. Therefore, it
cannot be added to your account.

We want to make sure that all your issues have been resolved to your
satisfaction. You will receive a call back to your PCS phone for
confirmation within next 24 hours. Your feedback will be highly
appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us. Have a great day.

Yeah someone from Sprint took off my Sprint to Home, because they said
I was getting the PICK 3, can you add this service back please? The
same number that I had before. I was sent an email asking for the
number, but nobody ever added it back. I am at the last string with
sprint customer service.

This was all over about a weeks worth of emails. This is the last one I sent.

I am at work, can't you fix this like the old customer service? I don't like being contacted over the telephone. It's never anyone who speaks english well. I had my Sprint to Home dropped because I was Told I would get the Sprint PICK 3. I know that it's expired now, and I asked for my Sprint to Home to be re added with the same telephone number. It just seems like nobody knows what is going on. Some people say I can get the pick 3 that it's handled by someone else, and some say it's expired, some say it can't be added to my plan. I am just getting fed up with Sprint Customer Care not exactly knowing what is going on.

If I wasn't on the SERO Plan, I would have went with someone else. But my bill is literally so cheap it's the only reason I am sticking around.

Sprint has the best coverage where I live. I even get service about 5 miles into mexico without having to switch to international roaming which is pretty impressive, especially when friends need to make a call and have to use my phone because their phones (that are on other providers) are out of service. So because of the coverage, plan prices, 5 years with Sprint and the gratifying feeling of envy of service from my buds, lol, I'll be staying for the long haul.

I would never leave Sprint. They have the best prices, the best service (here where I stay) and the worst CS (even though I don't deal with them often). The contract I am on now is the only time I had any type of perks. Past 4 years, I never had any type of discounts or hand outs.

Nope - I had a regular plan until a year ago when I switched to SERO and then in March they gave me a retention plan. I received a loyalty discount in January 2008 - my first one even though I have been with Sprint since 1997. I stay because the coverage is excellent where I am and where I travel.

Frustrated with CS - sure particularly when it took them 4 weeks and over 11 hours of phone calls to get my son's line unsuspended but this was a anomaly in my experience with Sprint. After the first week of no service, they set up a temporary line on my son's phone while they tried to recover his line so even though my line wasn't working I had a line to keep in contact with my son.

What would make me leave? Poor coverage, lack of consistency with the phone service, rates that are out of line with the competitions - which won't happen.

Perks are good. If I didn't have the perks with Sprint, I would probably go with AT&T since Verizon Wireless is okay, but AT&T Wireless here kicks total butt! You even get coverage in the bomb shelters here!!!

nope when i do stop working for sprint, i will go on SERO. and wouldn't even care about perks. i think it's funny the amount of people that complain about sprint that wont give them a perk here or there when they already have SERO.

Yep; would have last December if they hadn't offered me the plan I have now (and will return to VZW at the New Year). Not that I fault Sprint; the phone service has never failed me, and the technical service I receive from my local store (#1460) is fantastic, but everyone I know is on VZW, and they have the devices I want.

Nope. I joined Sprint wth no perks and don't expect any in the future. If I'm offered any perks I might except them or not. Only the future may tell.

Well, I've been with Sprint since early '04 and the only "perk" I get is the Corporate Discount, which is basically the only reason I'm still with Sprint. If they happen to revoke the CD before my contract (with 4 phones) is up in Jan '09, then I'm taking my business to T-Mobile (whichever comes first). Sprint's phones are sub-par and way too overpriced and don't have a lot of the abilities that come standard on other carriers' phones (in regards to smartphones).

I left VZW to come to Sprint. Sure, I have SERO (no additional perks), but even without, Sprint prices are better than VZW, and believe me, after 10 yrs w/VZW I can tell you that their CS has gone downhill. To make it even better for me, Sprint coverage is better than VZW where I am, so I'll stay with Sprint a good long time.

If it weren't for Sprint and SERO, I wouldn't have anything besides prepaid probably, but when I'm financially able, l'll go to whoever has my favorite phone and good coverage.
