How do i master reset the v9m? I went thru all the menus and I do not see it anywhere.

Yeah once you go into security it will prompt you for you passcode (usually its the last four digits of your cell#), once inside you will see reset settings. By the way, I think your the same guy I just brought my Razr2 from off Ebay (karon201).
