Phone Upgrade and SERO Base Plan?

If I have the $30 SERO base plan, am I still eligible to upgrade my phone as a normal customer with a $34.99 plan would be? As of Jan 1 I am upgrade eligible and am starting to look at new phones - but I don't want to look too hard if I can't use the upgrade.

*I searched but didn't see anything, though I'm sure this question has been asked before.

If you are referring to the $75 and $150 credit for having service for 12-22 months, yes, you can use the upgrade credits.
