Did I miss a Svc Disconnect policy change?
This morning I woke to find my service cut. Understandable considering my income. Last month my balance forward was 165 and I paid 95. This month the balance forward was 145 so I paid 50 to bring me in under my 125 spending limit.
Sprint turns the phone on. 8 hours later service is cut again. The CSR finally tells me the service was cut the second time because I had not paid all of the outstanding balance from the previous month, regardless of the spending limit. She turned my account on for 7 days. Was this new policy announced, or was she just making an excuse for them accidentally cutting off my service? TIA. |

thats been policy for all of 2007, the ASL means pretty much nothing anymore if you leave an unpaid balance they will d/c service

also if you are in ensemble billing it is a little less forgiving than the old billing system.

P2K used to catch some, but not all of these. However, think about it for a minute...we let you drift, with an unpaid balance, for a month. Now you have yet another bill out. Safety says we cut you off. Sprint is not a charity, they are a service provider. If you're not paying for the service provided, goodbye service.

Pay your bills on time? What are you thinking? I never pay my bills on time and when they call I say the check is in the mail. Works everytime.
