Ok, sorry if this has been asked but I looked and got tired of wading throug waves and waves of threads...for this I apologize.

Here is my question. My fiancee has come upon her time for a handset upgrade and the $150 credit toward it. The original though was we would buy her a new handset and then try to use that as leverage to get her on SERO. Her contract is up in like four months, but As it has, we have had no luck.

Here are my issues:

We bought the phone from Best Buy, so we have 30 days to return the phone. The catch is, we have activated another phone on the account in the meantime.

1. Does anyone know if this will affect the $150 credit?

2. How long will it take for the credit to be show active back on her account?

3. We are going to do a Transfer of Liability and put her under my account (I have 2 lines with SERO).

4. Will doing a transfer of Liability affect the $150 credit?

5. If we do a transfer of liability and put her on my account, will we then be able do the handset upgrade from the SERO website?

Any help will be appreciated.
