v9m picture mail

I was wondering if anyone else here with a v9m was having a slight... hitch in their picture mail. Tonight instead of getting the picture sent to my phone (like it should be, but i've had a prob with that but thats another story) i started to get a txt msg saying the usuall "you have a new picturemail" msg with the url to check the pic out. Anyone else have this happen to them? Also, i'm not sure if this has anything to do with it by i'm being migrated over to the new billing system right now. Wouldn't think this would cause this to happen but you never know.

I am having this same issue. The Sprint tech (*2) told me that he has heard of this before but that the problem eventually corrects itself. I know, doesn't make sense to me either, BUT, he continued on saying that when the network is overloaded it will send as a link for you to download...? So, I dunno. We'll wait and see if he's right. If not, I'll call back in a couple of days.
This has only started for me in the past three days, before then I got the video or picture directly to my phone. I have picture mail and internet on my account and it worked perfectly before. Anybody know anything about this issue?

Well here's the funny thing, it was just after midnight where i live when i started to get the txt links for picturemail. So i'm pretty sure the network wasn't overloaded, especially in my somewhat small town.

I didn't think what the Sprint tech told me made any sense. I will wait and see if it starts working again in a couple of days like he said though. I was going to try a factory restore to see if that might work, but not until I'm desperate I guess.

i havent had any problem with picture mail, but if you have to call forget about *2, call this number 1 866 818 1944. thats the direct number for technical support. its way fester and much better for support.
