tips on selling laptop

i'm looking to sell my dell inspirion 700m notebook and stick to using my desktop for a while, what i want to know is how much do you think i could get for it based on the specifications, this model is no longer sold by dell but i looked on ebay and some of them are going for prices in the $600 range used

it's not banged up i never dropped it
there are a few scrathces on the the left mouse key
there are some a few minor scratches which caused the white paint to chip off
i upgraded to 1Gb of RAM
it has a 40Gb hd
it only came with a 1yr ltd warranty which expired in july
comes with extra battery

Ikandi...checking with Ebay was a great idea..I always do that when I am preparing to sell something. So I would just sell it for the average price they are going for on Ebay.

wipe the drive and do a fresh install...600 sounds about right...and make sure you are selling to a reputable buyer
