So true. They may not kill off an employee plan for roaming, but I'd guess someone would contact you if you went over 300mb of data roaming.

I am not aware of any major change to these policies and so a single incident, one weekend, should not warrant looking for a new carrier, etc...

It seems odd that Sprint would send the letter over 5 MB of "overage" data.

Post scan of it?

The first page of this thread shows a screen shot of the account showing unlimited roaming but the OP still received a letter for going over 300MB's

The screen shot shows something like 13 MB of data roaming. Yeah it shows "unlimited" and while its not accurate Sprint also does not cut you off at 300MB. It also states that the customer used an unusually large about of data roaming over a 6 month time frame. Maybe Sprint is having calculation issues, maybe the OP is roaming more than he notices.

At any rate, they have not terminated him at this time. If he doesn't want to remain with sprint he can continue doing what he has been and will get a termination letter. It's as simple as that.

And for those of you that doubt the validity of my screen shot I posted this topic on other forums and right away had at least three people provide the same screen shot. If you have an "unlimited" plan on Sprint log in to your account and see it for yourself. I will be calling Sprint sometime this weekend about this issue. I will let you all know what happens.

I'm totally agree there. I've also received a letter a few days ago stating that my contract will be terminated due to roaming. My statements also show that 3G roaming is UNLIMITED. Even the representative on the phone was surprised and a bit confused when she saw the statement. She had no way on explaining the differences between both statement and T & C. I simply dont get coverage where I am at my job and am forced to use roaming 8 hours a day in order to get use of my so called unlimited data, why am I paying Sprint for?

Least not forget: "We may change any part of the Agreement at any time, including, but not limited to, rates, charges, how we calculate charges, discounts, coverage, technologies used to provide services, or your terms of Service."

If that ain't enough we have: "We can, without notice, suspend or terminate any Service at any time for any reason."
