Think of keeping my iphone on 3g only
Keeping it on 3G only might change to new tower auto and can detect when I need 3G speed in certain areas and with speed test can see the speed. If it keep going to 500kbs and 10i min later to 100 then it really not the phone. Checking if wifi switch to to 3G if it affects reconnecting issue.
