Exclamation Got Milk?

On my way to the store and texted home "Do we need anything?". When I get home an hour later my text is received.

It has been like this all week. Having to send texts twice, delays in receiving texts. Anyone else having problems?

Well I'm sure you are not the first and will not be the last to have that complaint

I'd say that Black Friday shoppers overloaded the network, but the text delays started on Monday morning. No Sprint is not working on our towers.

I experienced that for a good 6 months. It's just the nature of the Sprint network. Apparently "Now" means "whenever the hell we get around to it."

Sadly, it is a fact of life that text messages get delayed. If you need info NOW you really need to make that dreaded phone call.

It is not just Sprint that has these issues either. My brother and his wife have Verizon and experience text delays at times.

I've noticed this the most when it is raining out.

My Comcast cable internet acts up when its raining also..

I don't have the delays as much as I got the same text 10 times over 4 hours. Strangely, Google Voice just got it once, but the on phone app got it repeatedly and couldn't send texts at all (I sent it from GV instead).

And that was on my airave.
