Dolphin Browser HD

I normally use stock browser, but I thought I would try out Dolphin. So far seems real nice.

I have one issue, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to download Web images.

In stock browser you just long press an image and menu pops up. Not sure how Dolphin does it. Why would they do it differently?

I just dl from Google Play, version 8. I have the new Evo 4G LTE with ICS.

Maybe it doesn't work on this phone or android version. Hmmmm

I have done some searches and see others with same issue, but the post dates are months ago.

It's probably the version you're using but that's just a guess. Check the settings of the browser, might need to enable long press menu.

Thank you w7.

I was looking around on the site from the phone and I found I could long press on some of the other pictures, maybe in another frame of the page and I could save those images. Just not in the main portion of the page. So I am wondering if there is code to disable right-click options on that portion of the page. From the phone I can not view source (which is there an app for that?).

if that is the case then Dolphin is heeding the code to disable.

Stock browser and Chrome (which I just installed), allow me to long press and save image.

I am blocked at work to view this site in question, so I can't review source code from work.

Thanks again,

I don't like the newer versions and use 7.6. You can give it a try if you want http://www.apktops.com/dolphin-browser-hd-7-6-0.html

That would be appropriate. I don't know why he/she does that.
