Losing for the free $19.99 1st shared line for no reason?
Hi- my 5 line family has had the same 3000 shared plan for a few years. Looking at the most recent bill I noticed every line was charged a $19.99 share fee. I know for a fact my main line and the second line have always had free shared. And from what I remember, the 3rd oldest line used to be free too. But looking at 2 year bill history:

- 3rd was free up until sometime in 2011
- 2nd line was free up until sometime in 2010, then returned in 2011
- it looks like free 3rd was shifted to free 2nd in 2010/2011 (very weird??)

Was this a new policy or was I somehow screwed out of my grandfathered free 2nd and 3rd add a line fees?
