Small android phone
Hey all,
My wife recently killed her Epic so we got her a used Pre....well she does not like the Pre and wants android back. The kicker is that she wants something small, smaller than my Evo, close to Pre sized. I have found several options, none on sprint (Xperia mini pro being her favorite). I don't want to give up our sero premium plans so I need help finding a sprint offering. Her only requirements are android with a small form factor. I am OK waiting if something great is upcoming. I am also OK with used, older phones if its what she want. Thanks all. Last edited by Chrisv006; 03-18-2012 at 09:15 AM. |

On Sprint your choices are limited. They won't activate an Xperia since Sprint never sold it. The HTC Hero is the smallest Android phone I can think of. It's old, had some issues, but it might be the best fit for the criteria you mentioned.

The Samsung Conquor and LG Optimus S are small phones and may fit her needs better than a Hero. A Hero would work as well if it's rooted with CM7.

Marquee, Ultra Transform, Optimus S, Transform heck I would even throw the NS4G in there now since we have phones like the E4GT.
I personally am looking at either the Marquee or Ultra Transform

Thanks for the input all, Ordered an Optimus S off eBay the other day for her. I liked the Conquers' extra features better, but with her history of phones, I can get 4 Optimus's for the price of one Conquer

The only thing about the Optimus is just that typing on the screen takes a lot of accuracy. Or you can just use the voice option.

Why would women want a small screen when they have huge hand bags and purses to put them in? You are right though. Almost every woman I know has an iPhone and that's why I have labeled it a chick phone. I'm getting a Nexus as I want a 4.5" - 4.6" screen. It doesn't seem like the Nexus is all that much bigger than the 4.3" display phones. The iPhone is just too small. The Galaxy Note is too big in my opinion.
