• The fourth and final migration event will take place place 4/20, including the turn down of the first migrated voicemail platform.
• Five days before each migration event, customers will hear a prompt informing them about the migration:
  • Your voice mail is being upgraded mm/dd/yy. At that time, you will need to set up a new voice mail box. Messages on the old system will be available for up to 30 days after the message was received. For more information, go to Sprint.com and type in “voicemail upgrade” into the search box
• The first time customers access their voicemail after the upgrade, voicemail prompts will guide them through the steps to recreate their profile:
  • Your voice mail box has been upgraded. You need to set up your new voice mail box. You will be able to listen to messages in your old voice mail box for up to 30 days after the message was received by pressing 00 in the main menu. • The 00 option to access the old voicemail platform will be removed only for customers migrated on 3/16.
  • Customer who have been migrated should have an account memo indicating the date of the migration.
