Any plans not listed on that I can use? We wanna get a phone for an inlaw her own plan with as little minutes as possible just for an emergency.

How limited is she with her condition? How much use will the phone get?

Is it for emergency calls to family, or just 911?

If you want it for limited calls to family, look at the devices pageplus has, or consider an old Verizon phone to have activated on their service. 120 day airtime cards start at just $10 and the minutes roll over as long as you keep it refilled.

www.pagepluscellular.com as you can activate any Verizon phone for $10 and get 120 minutes of airtime. After that, its $10 for 83 minutes and the balances carry over. A phone thats active for a year for just about $40, and if you need more minutes you can always get a bigger card and get a larger bucket of minutes.

If you dont have a device to activate on their service, they sell them directly. I think they have a moto razr for like $50.

Should be plenty, check out their website. They operate as a MVNO on the Verizon network, so you get great coverage also.

think we are going to do page plus cheaper good coverage -1 to sprint for nto caring about the fixed income people they used to and sad they dont seem to no more

Dont forget you could go with boost or virgin mobile who are both pre-paid as well just check which one has better coverage and go with that option.

Remember, page plus is not Verizon, they just rent space on the Verizon network. Verizon would not do prepaid that cheap either, so its not really a "fail" for Sprint as much as it is a "win" for a company like page plus and their low overhead costs.

yeah its just a prepaid but still fail for spritn for not having things for little income people even their prepaid is a pretty penny. but its all good though may still just add her to my account as well up to her.
