I ha have gone through over 20 phones in the past couple pf months and that isn't something i should have to go through. Everytime I talk to sprint they send me on the run around as if i have the time and patience for it. I have a Reclaim and have gone through 4 iin the last 3 weeks isn't that wierd. Im calling them now to see what else they have to tell me about my phone which they supposeably never have a problem with. Just registered. I decided to try Sprint again when the Hero came out. So far it has been great. I had Sprint a few years ago and their coverage was terrible where I lived. Fabulous phone, except.... now when i slide it out to text.. it shuts off. It does this sporadically.. kinda annoying when i get a call, and have to slide it back in to answer, cuz it goes dead.. whats the deal with this???? is this like a recall, or is my phone just glitchy, and had a stroke of bad luck with it...
